These Softalon Payments Terms (these "Payments Terms") are provided by REPOVIC.DEV LLC d/b/a Softalon ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") and apply when you use Softalon Payments to accept payments from your clients. These Payments Terms supplement our Terms of Service, which continue to apply. If these Payments Terms conflict with the Terms of Service, these Payments Terms control for Softalon Payments.
These Payments Terms do not apply to the fees you pay Softalon for your subscription or credits. Those are covered by Section 3 of our Terms of Service.
By enabling or using Softalon Payments, you agree to these Payments Terms.
1. What Softalon Payments Is
Softalon Payments lets you accept payments from your clients, including deposits, prepayments, and full payments, inside Softalon. Payment processing, storage of funds, payouts, and identity verification are provided by Whop, Inc. ("Whop").
Softalon provides the software interface you use to request and track payments. Softalon is not a bank, payment processor, or money transmitter, and does not hold, transfer, or control your funds.
2. Your Agreement with Whop
By enabling Softalon Payments, you also agree to Whop's Terms of Service and acknowledge Whop's Privacy Policy. Your balance, payouts, and the handling of your funds are governed by your relationship with Whop.
3. Verification and Payouts
You can start accepting payments right away. To withdraw funds to your bank account, Whop will ask you to verify your identity and, where required, your business. We recommend completing verification early.
Payout timing, verification decisions, and any holds or reserves on your balance are determined by Whop.
4. Your Clients, Refunds, and Disputes
You are the seller of your services. You are responsible for:
- Your prices, services, and the descriptions you show to clients
- Your cancellation, no-show, and deposit policies, and showing them clearly to clients
- Issuing refunds to your clients
- Responding to client disputes and chargebacks, including providing evidence when requested
Refunds, disputes, chargebacks, and related fees are deducted from your balance. Client questions about a payment should be directed to you, not to Softalon.
5. Fees
Softalon charges 0% commission on payments you receive through Softalon Payments. Whop's processing fees apply as published by Whop and may change from time to time. Fees may vary by card type, country, currency, and payment method.
6. Taxes
You are responsible for determining, collecting, and paying any taxes on payments you receive, and for any receipts, invoices, or reporting obligations toward your clients and tax authorities.
7. Permitted Use
You may use Softalon Payments only for your own services offered through Softalon. You agree to follow Whop's rules on prohibited and restricted businesses, and not to use Softalon Payments for fraudulent, unlawful, or unauthorized transactions.
8. Availability
We may suspend or turn off Softalon Payments for your salon if Whop restricts your account, if we reasonably suspect fraud or misuse, or if required to comply with law or our Terms of Service. You may turn off Softalon Payments at any time in your settings.
9. Liability
Softalon is not responsible for decisions made by Whop, including verification outcomes, payout timing, holds, reserves, reversals, or dispute results, or for interruptions of Whop's services.
Section 6 of our Terms of Service (Limitation of Liability) applies to Softalon Payments. Softalon's liability is never measured by the amounts processed through Softalon Payments.
10. Changes to These Payments Terms
We may update these Payments Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you (for example, by email or in the Services) and may ask you to accept the updated Payments Terms. Your continued use of Softalon Payments after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Payments Terms.
