Connect Outlook Calendar to Softalon for two-way appointment synchronization. When a client books an appointment, it appears on your Outlook Calendar automatically. When an appointment is rescheduled or canceled, your calendar updates instantly. Your busy times on Outlook are also blocked from booking, so clients can only book when you're truly available.

Getting Started
To connect Outlook Calendar:
- Navigate to Settings > Integrations
- Find Outlook Calendar and click Connect
- Sign in with your Microsoft account and authorize access
- Go to each salon's calendar settings to configure the sync
- Choose which calendars to sync to and which to sync from
Once connected, your appointments will start syncing automatically.
