Question 1

How do I fill last-minute openings?

Accepted Answer

Post your free slots to your stories early in the day, and again in the afternoon if they're still open. "Today" and "Tomorrow" are added to the date automatically, which makes the post feel urgent. Add your booking link as a link sticker so clients can book the exact time without waiting for a reply.

Question 2

What should I do when a slot gets booked?

Accepted Answer

Post an updated image so clients don't message you about times that are already taken.

Question 3

How many time slots fit in the image?

Accepted Answer

The story format shows up to 12 slots and the post format up to 9. If you add more, the last card shows how many more slots are free.

Question 4

Can I post free slots for one stylist?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Add the team member's name and it appears above the time slots with their initials.

Question 5

Does it support 24-hour time?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Switch between 12-hour (2:30 PM) and 24-hour (14:30) time in the editor.

Question 6

Is it free?

Accepted Answer

Yes, completely. No account and no watermark over your content. The small "Powered by Softalon" line at the bottom can be turned off.
