You can rename a campaign at any time. Its code can't be changed. If you need a different code, create a new campaign and delete the old one.

Rename a campaign

  1. 1

    Step 1 of 2

    Open the campaign

Select Campaigns in the sidebar. In the campaign's row, open the menu at the end of the row and select Update.

  2. 2

    Step 2 of 2

    Change the name

Edit the Name and select Update Campaign. The Code field is locked and shows The campaign code cannot be changed.

    You will see:

A Campaign Updated message, and the new name in the table.

Delete a campaign

Deleting is immediate. There's no confirmation step and you can't undo it.

  1. 1

    Step 1 of 2

    Find the campaign

Select Campaigns in the sidebar and find the campaign in the table. You can search by name or code.

  2. 2

    Step 2 of 2

    Delete it

Open the menu at the end of the row and select Delete.

    You will see:

A Campaign Deleted message, and the campaign is gone from the table.

What happens after you delete a campaign

  • Leads and sales stay yours. They remain on your Leads and Sales pages, and their Campaign column shows N/A.
  • You keep earning. Salons you already referred through the campaign keep earning you commission under your tier.
  • Links stop working for new sign-ups. The code no longer matches a campaign, so new sign-ups through it aren't credited to you.
  • Analytics drop the campaign. The Analytics page counts visits only for campaigns that still exist, so visits through the deleted code disappear from it.

If something is off

I see Campaign Not Found when I select Update

The campaign was deleted, possibly from another browser tab. Reload the Campaigns page.

Common questions

No. Create a new campaign. If your tier allows custom codes, you may be able to use the same code again.
