After you apply, the Softalon Partners app shows a status screen until your partner account is active. You can check it at any time by signing in to the app.

Sign in to the Softalon Partners app
Open the Softalon Partners app and sign in with the Softalon account you applied with. If your account isn't active yet, the app opens the status screen automatically.

Read the heading
The heading tells you where your application stands. The table below explains each one. Below the buttons, Logged in as shows the name and email of the account you're signed in with.
You will see:One of the headings from the table below.
Statuses
Every screen also has Back to Softalon, which takes you to the Softalon app.
A partner account becomes active only after the team assigns it a tier. The tier sets your commission and minimum payout. See Tiers and commissions explained.
If something is off
The status screen says I haven't applied, but I did
You may be signed in with a different Softalon account. Check the email next to Logged in as. Select Log out. and sign in with the account you applied with.
My application was approved but I still see the status screen
Reload the page. If you still don't see Go to Dashboard, sign out and sign in again.
Common questions
There is no fixed review time. Your status changes as soon as the team makes a decision.
