Cancel a pending payout

Delete a payout request that staff haven't completed yet, so its amount returns to your available balance.

You can cancel a payout while it's still Pending. Cancelling deletes the request, and its amount goes back into your available balance. A Completed payout can't be cancelled.

    Find the payout

    Select Payouts in the sidebar. Find the payout with the status Pending. To narrow the list, select the funnel button, set Status to Pending and select Apply Filters.

    Delete it

    Open the menu at the end of the row and select Delete. The request is deleted right away, without a confirmation step.

    You will see:

    A Payout Deleted message, and the payout is gone from the table.

After you cancel, the amount is back in your Available Balance on the Dashboard. You can request a new payout at any time. See Request a payout.

If something is off

Delete is grayed out

The payout is already Completed. Completed payouts can't be cancelled.

I see Payout Deletion Failed

The payout may have been completed while the page was open. Reload the Payouts page and check its status.

Common questions

Cancel it and request a new payout with the amount you want.
