Track your leads and sales

Three pages in the Softalon Partners app show your referrals. Leads lists everyone who signed up through your links. Sales lists the subscription payments from their salons. Campaigns totals both for each campaign.

Leads

   Open Leads

   Select Leads in the sidebar.

   Read the table

   Each row is one lead:

   • A row with Salon showing N/A is a person who created a Softalon account through your link but hasn't created a salon yet.
   • A row with a Salon is a salon that person created. Only salons can bring you sales.

   For privacy, the Account and Salon columns show a generated label instead of real names. The same account or salon always gets the same label, so you can follow it across pages. The Campaign column shows which campaign brought the lead in, or N/A if that campaign was deleted.

   Filter the list

   Select the funnel button next to the search bar and choose a Campaign, a Created At date range, or both. Select Apply Filters. Select Reset to clear them.

Sales

   Open Sales

   Select Sales in the sidebar.

   Read the table

   Each row is one subscription payment from a salon you referred:

   • Salon: the salon's generated label, matching the Leads page.
   • Amount: the payment amount in US dollars, followed by your commission in parentheses.
   • Status: the payment status, such as succeeded, pending, failed or refunded. Only succeeded payments add to your balance.
   • Campaign: the campaign that brought the salon in.

   Filter the list

   Use the funnel button to choose a Campaign or a Created At range, then select Apply Filters.

Campaign totals

Select Campaigns in the sidebar. For each campaign, the table shows:

• Leads: all leads from the campaign, both accounts and salons.
• Sales: the number of sales, whatever their status.
• Revenue: the total amount of those sales.

These are all-time totals. For figures in a date range that count only successful payments, use the Dashboard.

Copy IDs

Open the menu at the end of a row to copy its IDs. On Leads you can use Copy ID, Copy Account ID and Copy Salon ID. On Sales you can use Copy ID and Copy Salon ID. Include them when you contact Softalon support about a specific lead or sale.
