The Analytics page shows how people browse Softalon after they open one of your referral links. Use it to see which channels and campaigns bring visitors before they sign up. For sign-ups and payments, use the Leads and Sales pages.

Which visits are counted

When someone opens a link with your campaign code, Softalon tags the rest of their browsing session with that code. The page counts page views from tagged sessions on the Softalon website and on the Softalon sign-in and sign-up pages. A new session isn't tagged unless the visitor opens a referral link again.

Only codes of your current campaigns count. Visits through a deleted campaign's code drop out of the page.

If you have no campaigns, every metric shows zero.

Date range

The date picker at the top starts 30 days before today and ends today. Every card follows the selected range. Hours use your browser's timezone. The refresh button reloads the data.

Summary cards

CardWhat it shows
Total VisitsThe number of tagged browsing sessions.
Unique VisitorsThe number of different people behind those sessions.
Avg. DurationThe average time between the first and last page view in a session.
Bounce RateThe share of sessions with only one page view.

Each summary card compares the range with the period of the same length just before it, shown as a percentage vs previous period. If nothing changed, it reads same as previous period. If the previous period had no data, any activity shows as a 100% increase.

Breakdown cards

Each breakdown lists the top five entries, except Device Breakdown, which lists every device type.

CardWhat it shows
Acquisition ChannelsThe websites visitors came from, by number of visits. Visits with no referring site show as Direct.
Top CountriesWhere visitors are, by number of visits.
Most Visited PagesThe Softalon pages your visitors viewed most, by number of views.
Device BreakdownThe share of visits from each device type, such as desktop or mobile.

To see where a click came from in Top Campaigns, add a utm_source to your link, for example https://www.softalon.com/?ref=HAIRHAVEN&utm_source=instagram. Visits without one show as Direct.

Common questions

Visits count everyone who browsed after opening your link. Leads count only people who then created a new Softalon account.
