Book several services in one visit

If your salon allows it, you can book several services for the same visit, for example a haircut followed by a color treatment. You pick one start time, and the services are lined up one after another on the same day.

If you can select only one service, the salon hasn't turned this on. Book each service separately instead.

   Start your booking

   Open the salon's website, select Book Now and choose a location if you're asked to.

   Select your services

   On Choose Service, select the first service. It's marked Selected. Then select the next service, and so on. The services happen in the order you select them.

   After each choice, the list only shows services that can follow the ones you've already picked in the same visit. To remove a service, select it again.

   You can combine up to 10 services in one booking.

   You will see:

   Each service you picked is marked Selected, and a Continue button appears at the bottom.

   Pick a team member for each service

   Select Continue. On Choose Member, you'll see a list of your services. Select a service in that list, then choose who you'd like for it, or select Anyone. Repeat for each service. Different services can be done by different people.

   Choose a start time

   On Choose Time, pick a day and a time. This is when your first service starts. The other services follow right after, so the times you see are only those when the whole visit fits.

   Add your details and confirm

   Fill in Client Details, then review the Checkout summary. It lists every service and the total for the whole visit. Choose how to pay and select Book Appointment or Pay Now.

   You will see:

   A status page that lists all the services in your visit.

How the services are lined up

The booking keeps your services on the salon's regular time grid. That means there can sometimes be a short wait between two services, for example when the next team member isn't free until a few minutes later. The salon sets the longest wait it allows between services. If a combination would need a longer wait, that time isn't offered.

All the services in one booking happen on the same day.

Paying for several services

You pay for the whole visit at once. If you pay online, one payment covers all the services. Behind the scenes, the salon keeps a separate invoice for each service, so you may see several invoices later.

The payment options you see are the ones that work for every service in your booking.
