The salon's site says it's unavailable

Why a salon's website shows Salon Unavailable or Salon Not Found, and how to reach the salon about your appointment.

Sometimes a salon's website shows a message instead of its usual pages. There's nothing wrong with your device. The salon's online booking site is switched off or can't be found at that address.

If something is off

The page says Salon Unavailable

The page also says the salon is currently unavailable. The salon's online site is turned off for now, for example while the salon pauses online booking or sorts out its account. Until it's back, you can't book, sign in or use links from the salon's messages.

To check on an appointment or make changes, contact the salon directly. If the page shows a Contact Salon button, select it to email or call the salon. Otherwise, use the contact details from the salon's messages, social media or own website. You can also check back later.

The page says Salon Not Found

There's no salon at this web address. Check the address for typos. If you typed it from memory, find the correct link in the salon's messages or on its social media. If the salon recently changed its website address, ask the salon for the new one.

A link took me to the Softalon website instead

The link was incomplete, so it couldn't find the salon. See A link from my email or text doesn't work.
