Pay an invoice

When the salon issues you an invoice, you can pay it online if the salon accepts online payments. There are two ways to get to it: the link the salon sent you, or the Invoices page in your salon account.

Each payment pays the full amount still due on the invoice.

Pay from a link

   Open the link

   Open the payment link from the salon's email or text message.

   You will see:

   Pay Invoice with the message Your invoice is ready for payment.

   Check the invoice

   Under Invoice Summary, check the items, Subtotal, any Discount, tax, Total and Total due. To see the full invoice, select the icon next to the invoice summary heading.

   Choose a payment method

   Under Payment Method, select how you'd like to pay. Only online payment methods are shown here.

   Pay

   Select Pay. You're taken to a secure payment page. Enter your payment details and finish the payment.

   You will see:

   Invoice Paid with a thank-you message and the amount you paid.

Pay from your account

   Sign in and open Invoices

   Sign in on the salon's website, open the account menu and select Invoices. See Sign in to your salon account.

   Find the invoice

   Each invoice shows whether it's Paid or Unpaid, the Total, the amount still Due, the due date and the number of items. Use Search invoices... to find a specific one.

   Pay it

   On an unpaid invoice, select Pay. Or open the invoice's menu and select Pay Invoice. Then follow the same steps as paying from a link.
