Leave a review

Rate your visit and share your experience after a completed appointment, from your account or from the salon's review link.

After your visit, you can rate the service, the team member and the location, and write a few words about your experience. Reviews help the salon improve and help other clients choose.

You can leave one review per appointment, and only once the salon has marked the appointment as Completed.

Before you start

  • The appointment's status is Completed.
  • The salon collects reviews. If it doesn't, you won't see the review option.

Review from your account

  1. 1

    Step 1 of 4

    Find the appointment

Sign in, then select your profile picture or initials in the header and choose Appointments. See View your appointments.

  2. 2

    Step 2 of 4

    Open the review form

On the completed appointment, select Leave Review. You'll also find it in the three-dot menu.

  3. 3

    Step 3 of 4

    Rate your visit

Under Overall Rating, select from 1 to 5 stars. This sets the same rating for the service, the team member and the location.

To rate them separately, select Fine-tune individual ratings. Then set Service Quality, Member and Location & Atmosphere one by one. The overall rating becomes their average.

  4. 4

    Step 4 of 4

    Write your review and submit

Type your thoughts in Your Review. Some salons require a written review; others make it optional. Then select Submit Review.

    You will see:

A message saying Appointment Reviewed, and your stars and review appear under the appointment as Your Review.

Some salons send a review link by email or text after your visit. You don't need to sign in to use it.

  1. Select the link in the salon's message.
  2. Rate your visit and write your review, as described above.
  3. Select Submit Review.

You'll see a page saying Review Submitted.

Some salons collect reviews on Google. In that case, the review link takes you to the salon's Google review page instead, and you leave your review there.

When your review shows up

Reviews you leave on the salon's website aren't public right away. The salon approves them first. Once approved, your review can appear on the salon's Reviews page.
