Use a coupon code

Add a coupon code from the salon at checkout, see the discount in your total, and fix codes that don't work.

If the salon gave you a coupon code, you can use it when you book online. The discount is taken off before you pay, whether you pay online or at the salon.

Before you start

  • A coupon code from the salon, for example SPRING20.
  • A booking with a price. Free bookings have no checkout step, so there's nowhere to enter a code.

    Go to checkout

    Book as usual until you reach Checkout. See Book an appointment online.

    Turn on the coupon field

    Turn on Have a coupon code?. A text box appears.

    Enter the code and apply it

    Type the code exactly as the salon gave it to you, then select Apply.

    You will see:

    The coupon's name and code, and the discount, for example 20% off or $10 off. The message below says the coupon was applied successfully, and the totals update.

    Check the total and finish booking

    Check Paying Now and the booking summary, then select Book Appointment or Pay Now.

How the discount works

  • Percentage coupons take a percentage off the price, for example 20% off.
  • Fixed-amount coupons take a set amount off, for example $10 off. The discount is never more than the price.

If a deposit applies, it's worked out from the total after the discount.

If you book several services in one visit, the coupon is applied to each service. The checkout summary shows the exact discount before you pay.

To remove a coupon, select the X next to it.

You can use one coupon per booking. You can only add it at checkout, not after the booking is made.

If something is off

I see Coupon not found

Check the code for typos and extra spaces. Coupon codes are created in capital letters, so type the code in capitals, for example SPRING20 rather than spring20. If it still doesn't work, the salon may have turned the coupon off. Contact the salon.

I don't see Have a coupon code?

Your booking is free, so there's no checkout step. There's nothing to discount.

The discount is smaller than I expected

A fixed-amount coupon can't be more than the price of the service. Check the summary for the exact discount.

Common questions

Not online. Contact the salon and ask whether they can apply it for you.
