Some appointments happen over video, like a consultation. The salon sends you a meeting link, and you join in your web browser. There's nothing to install and no account to create.
Before you start
- The meeting link from the salon's email or text.
- A device with a camera, microphone and an up-to-date web browser.
- A quiet spot with a stable internet connection.

Step 1 of 4
Open the meeting link
At the time of your appointment, select the meeting link in the salon's message. It opens on the salon's website.
You will see:A screen titled with your service and team member, for example Consultation with Emma, and the line Ready to join your meeting.

Step 2 of 4
Enter your name
In Your Name / Nickname, check the name the team member will see. It's filled in for you when the salon knows your name. Change it if you like.

Step 3 of 4
Join
Select Join Meeting. If your browser asks for access to your camera and microphone, allow it.
You will see:The video call opens full screen. The team member hosting the meeting lets you in, so you may wait a moment before you're connected.

Step 4 of 4
Leave when you're done
Use the leave button in the call to end your part of the meeting.
During the call
The call runs inside the salon's website. Besides video and audio, you can use the chat and share your screen.
Ignore the Are you the host? Click here to join. link under the join button. It's for the salon's team member, not for clients.
If something is off
Others can't see or hear me
Check that your browser has permission to use your camera and microphone. You'll usually find this in the address bar or in your browser's site settings. Then leave and join again.
I'm stuck waiting to get in
The host needs to let you in. If nobody admits you after a few minutes, contact the salon. Your team member may be running late.
The link shows an error or goes to the salon's home page
