Some salons ask you to confirm that you're coming. They send you an email or text with a confirm link. Confirming lets the salon know the appointment is on, and its status changes to Confirmed.

You confirm through the link only. There's no confirm button in your account on the salon's website.

Before you start

  • The confirm link from the salon's email or text.
  1. 1

    Step 1 of 2

    Open the link

Select the confirm link in the salon's message. It opens the salon's website. You don't need to sign in.

    You will see:

A screen titled Confirm Appointment asking Are you sure you want to confirm this appointment?

  2. 2

    Step 2 of 2

    Confirm

    Select Confirm.

    You will see:

A page saying Appointment Confirmed, with your service, date and time, and an Add to Calendar option.

Can't make it after all?

If the time no longer works, don't confirm. Reschedule or cancel instead, if the salon allows it.

If something is off

It says the appointment is already confirmed

Nothing more to do. Your appointment was already confirmed, by you or by the salon.

It says the time slot is not available

Before confirming, the salon's system checks that your time is still free. If it isn't, the appointment can't be confirmed. Contact the salon to find another time.

I get an error after selecting Confirm

The appointment may have been canceled, declined or completed in the meantime, so it can't be confirmed anymore. Check your messages from the salon, or contact them.

The link opens the salon's home page instead

Common questions

Only if the salon asks you to. Many appointments are confirmed right away when you book.
