Once you're signed in, the Appointments page lists every appointment you've booked with the salon, past and upcoming. From there you can change, cancel or review an appointment, depending on what the salon allows.

Step 2 of 3
Read an appointment
Each appointment shows:
- the service name and a status badge, such as Confirmed or Awaiting Confirmation
- the start and end time, with the length in brackets
- the team member and the location
- your note, if you added one
- your star rating and review, if you left one
Times are shown in the time zone you booked in, or in the salon's time zone.
More appointments load as you scroll down.

Step 3 of 3
Take an action
Each appointment has a main button and a menu (the three dots) on the right.
The main button depends on the appointment's status:
The three-dot menu has the rest. For upcoming appointments, that's Reschedule, Add Notes or Edit Notes, Add to Calendar and Cancel. If the salon doesn't allow online rescheduling or canceling, those items are grayed out.
What each status means
The badge tells you where your appointment stands. Confirmed means you're all set. Awaiting Confirmation means the salon still needs to accept it. Awaiting Payment means it's waiting for your payment. For the full list, see What your booking status means.
Once an appointment is Completed, Canceled, Declined or marked No Show, it can't be changed anymore.
Common questions
Make sure you signed in with the same email address or phone number you used when booking. Appointments booked with different contact details belong to a different client profile at the salon.
