Choose how Softalon notifies you

Softalon sends two kinds of notifications to you:

• Account notifications are about your personal account, such as a welcome message, salon invitations and new sign-in alerts. You manage them in Account › Notifications.
• Salon notifications are about a salon's work, such as bookings. You manage them in each salon's settings. See Choose how your team is notified.

The Preferences card on this page only affects account notifications.

Turn on push notifications on this device

   Open Push Notifications

   Go to Account › Notifications. In the Push Notifications card, click Enable.

   Allow notifications

   Your browser asks for permission to show notifications. Allow it.

   You will see:

   The button changes to Disable.

Push is set up per device and browser. Repeat these steps on each phone or computer where you want notifications.

If you see Push notifications are not supported on this browser., your browser can't receive them. Try another browser.

To stop push notifications, click Disable and choose:

• Disable This Device to stop them on the device you're using.
• Disable All Devices to stop them everywhere.

Choose your channels

   Set the switches

   In the Preferences card, each channel has a switch: Push, Email, SMS and WhatsApp. Turn off any channel you don't want account notifications on. All channels are on until you change them.

   Save

   Click Save.

   You will see:

   A toast that says Preferences Updated.

See what Softalon sent you

The History card lists notifications sent to your account, with To, Channel, Subject, Content and Sent At. Search by name, or open one to preview it.

For security, previews may hide sensitive details such as one-time codes, tokens and links.
