A private service is hidden from your public service list, but clients with a direct link can still book it. Use it for things like a bridal trial you only offer after a consultation, or a VIP treatment for returning clients.

If you want to stop all bookings for a service instead, turn it off. See the last section below.

Before you start

  • You need the Super Administrator or Owner role.
  • The service must be set up to be bookable: active, assigned to a location and assigned to a team member.
  1. 1

    Step 1 of 3

    Open the service

Go to Services and open the service you want to hide.

    Step 2 of 3

    Turn on Private Service

    You will see:

A Service Updated message. In the service details, Visibility shows Private.

  3. 3

    Step 3 of 3

    Share the direct link

On the Services page, open the service's menu and choose Share. Pick the Service link or the Booking link and send it to the client. See Share your booking link.
