Forward calls to your phone

When clients call the phone number your salon uses for SMS, call forwarding sends those calls to another phone, such as your front desk or your cell phone.

What it costs

Call forwarding costs 500 credits per month, on top of the phone number's own price.

• First charge. When you turn forwarding on, you pay only for the days left until the number's next renewal. The charge is 500 credits times the days left, divided by 30, rounded up. For example, with 12 days left you pay 200 credits.
• Renewals. At each renewal, 500 credits are added to the number's monthly price for as long as forwarding is on.
• Turning it off and on. If you turn forwarding off and back on in the same 30-day period, you aren't charged again.

   Open the forwarding settings

   Go to Settings › Notifications. In the Phone Numbers table, turn on the switch in the Call Forwarding column for your number. You can also open the row's menu and choose Set Forwarding.

   Enter the number to forward to

   Type the phone number in Forward To Number.

   Save

   Click Save.

   You will see:

   Forwarding Updated, saying which number calls are forwarded to.

Change or turn off forwarding

• Change the number. Open the row's menu, choose Set Forwarding, enter the new number and click Save. Changing the number while forwarding is on doesn't add a charge.
• Turn it off. Turn off the switch in the Call Forwarding column. You'll see Forwarding Disabled. Credits already paid aren't returned, and the next renewal no longer includes the forwarding fee.
