A session is one signed-in browser or device. The Active Sessions card lists every session on your account, so you can spot one you don't recognize and sign it out.

See your sessions

Go to Account › Security and scroll to Active Sessions. The table shows:

ColumnWhat it shows
BrowserThe browser of the session. Your current one is marked (Current).
IP AddressThe network address the session came from.
SystemThe operating system of the device.
Created AtThe date the session started.
Expires AtThe date the session ends on its own. After that, you sign in again.

Use the search field to filter by device info or IP address.

    Revoke it

Click the menu at the end of the row and choose Revoke Session.

You can't revoke your current session this way. Use Sign Out in the account menu instead.

You will see:

A toast that says Sessions Revoked.

If you see a session you don't recognize, revoke all other sessions, then change your password and turn on two-factor authentication. See Change your password and Set up two-factor authentication.

New sign-in alerts

When someone signs in to your account from an IP address that none of your other sessions use, Softalon sends you a New Sign-In Detected email and a push notification. The email lists the location, IP address, device and time. If it was you, there's nothing to do.

Common questions

No. Push notifications are managed separately in Account › Notifications. Use Disable This Device or Disable All Devices there.
