Add photos to services and locations

Upload photos and short videos to a service or location gallery, set the cover image and change the order.

Each service and each location has its own gallery. Photos help clients pick the right service and find your salon.

On your booking site:

  • The first item in the gallery is the cover image on the service or location card.
  • The full gallery shows on the service or location details page.

Before you start

  • You need the Super Administrator or Owner role.
  • Create the service or location first. You can only add files to a saved service or location.

    Open the gallery

    Go to Services or Locations, open the item, and open the Gallery tab.

    Upload files

    Click Add Images to choose files, or drag files onto the upload area.

    You can upload several files at once. They upload one by one and appear in the gallery as they finish.

    You will see:

    An Images Uploaded message. If some files fail, you see Images Uploaded Partially with how many uploaded and how many failed.

    Set the order

    Drag items to change their order. Put your best photo first, because it becomes the cover image.

    You will see:

    An Images Reordered message.

    Remove an item

    Hover over an item and click the trash icon in its corner.

    You will see:

    An Image Deleted message.

Uploaded files count toward your salon's storage, which depends on your plan. See Plans compared.

If something is off

A file won't upload

Check that it's under 10 MB and in one of the formats above. If your salon's storage is full, uploads fail until you have room again.

I can't add more files

A gallery holds up to 20 items. Remove one before you add another.

Common questions

Yes. MP4, WebM, MOV and Ogg videos up to 10 MB each are supported.
