Share a review as an image

A great review makes a great post. Softalon can turn any review into an image in your salon's style, with the star rating, the client's words and a link to book.

   Step 1 of 4

   Pick the review

   In the sidebar, go to Reviews. Open the ⋮ menu on the review and choose Share as Image. You can also click the review and then click Share as Image in View Review.

   Choose the options

   The Share Review dialog opens. Pick:

   Option	Choices
   Format	9:16 for stories and reels, or 1:1 for feed posts
   Theme	Light, Dark or Brand (your salon's primary color as the background)
   Reviewer Name	Short (first name and last initial, like Emma J.), Full, or Hidden

   Click Continue.

   Check the preview

   Softalon builds the image. It shows the reviewer, the star rating, the date and the written review, plus a Book Appointment button with a short link to your booking site. Long reviews are shortened to fit, and 1:1 fits less text than 9:16.

   Click Back to change the options.

   Download or share

   Click Download to save a PNG file. On a phone, click Share to send the image straight to Instagram, Messages or another app. On computers that can't share files, Share downloads the image instead.

   You will see:

   An Image Downloaded message, or your device's share menu.
