Step 3 of 3
Accept the invitation
After you sign in, the Salon Invitation dialog opens and shows the salon and your role. Click Accept.
You will see:The salon's dashboard opens. The salon now appears in your salon switcher and on Overview.
Accept from Overview
You can also accept later without the email:
- Sign in to Softalon with the invited email.
- On Overview, find the Invitations section. Each card shows the salon and says which role you're invited as.
- Click Accept on the card.
To decline, open the card's β― menu and click Decline. The salon keeps your profile but it stays unlinked. The salon can invite you again later.
From the same menu, View lets you open the salon's public site or booking page before you decide.
The link in the email works for 7 days. After that, sign in and accept from Overview. The invitation stays there until you accept or decline it, or the salon cancels it.
If something is off
I signed in but don't see the invitation
Check that you signed in with the exact email the invitation was sent to. If you use a different email, ask the salon to update the email on your profile and invite you again.
The invitation disappeared
The salon may have cancelled it. Ask them to send a new one.
After accepting, I see Account Disabled
The salon turned off your access. Contact the salon.
