The Appointments page lists your appointments in a table. Use it when you need to search, filter, sort or work through a list, for example pending booking requests. Use the calendar when you want to see the day at a glance.

Members with the User role only see their own appointments. Administrators and above see everyone's. Dates and times are shown in your salon's timezone.

Pick a view from the menu above the table.

Filters

Click Filters to narrow the list by Location, Service, Member, Client, Group, Status and Booked At (when the appointment was created). Group shows the services a client booked together in one multi-service booking.

Conflicts

An appointment is marked as a conflict when it overlaps another appointment for the same member, counting buffer time. Conflicts normally only happen when someone booked with Manual Override on. See Double-book or book outside working hours.

Changing the status inline

Click the status badge and pick a new status. Only the next allowed statuses are listed, so a final status such as Completed or Canceled can't be opened. When an appointment is Awaiting Confirmation, you also get quick Approve (βœ“) and Decline (βœ—) buttons. See Appointment statuses explained.

Row actions

Open the menu at the end of a row for:

  • Update, to change the status, cancellation reason, custom fields and notes
  • Reschedule, Reassign and Extend
  • Invoice, to View, Update, Finalize or Mark as Paid the appointment's invoice
  • Share, to send the client a link. See Send a client a confirm, reschedule or review link.
  • Delete

Delete removes the appointment right away, without asking first, and its invoice is not deleted with it. To call off a visit, change the status to Canceled instead so your history and reports stay accurate.

Common questions

That view only lists Awaiting Confirmation. To find appointments waiting for an online payment, use All Appointments with the Status filter set to Awaiting Payment.
