Custom pages let you add your own content to your booking site: a cancellation policy, a deposit policy, aftercare tips, or anything else clients should read.

Step 4 of 4
Link to it
Your new page isn't added to your menu automatically. Add it in Settings › Appearance › Header under Links, for example with the link
/cancellation-policy. See Edit your site's header and footer.
Page address rules
The address, or slug, comes after your domain. With the slug policies/cancellation, the page lives at yoursite.com/policies/cancellation.
- Use only lowercase letters, numbers, hyphens and forward slashes.
- Each page needs a different slug.
- Avoid the addresses your site already uses, such as
services, locations, members, reviews, gallery, about, booking, account, appointments, invoicesandlogin. Your built-in pages take priority there.
Edit or delete a page
Find the page in the list, open its menu, and choose Update or Delete. Use the search box to find a page by name or slug.
If you delete a page, its address stops working. Remove any menu links that point to it.
Changing a page's slug changes its address. Update any links you've shared, and the link in your header.
Common questions
Softalon doesn't set a fixed number. Keep your menu short so clients can find what they need.
