Open in the app

Deleting a salon removes it for you and your whole team. Only the Owner can do it, and it can't be undone in the app.

Before you start

  • You're the salon's Owner.
  • The salon's subscription is canceled. A subscription that is active, in a trial or past due blocks deletion, unless it's already set to cancel at the end of the period. See Cancel or reactivate your subscription.

Want to keep the salon running without you? Transfer ownership instead of deleting it. See Transfer salon ownership.

Delete a draft salon

A draft is a salon that never got a plan. It shows a Draft badge on Overview. Drafts have no subscription, so you can delete them right away:

  1. On Overview, open the draft's β‹― menu.
  2. Click Delete.

Deleting a draft from Overview happens right away, without a confirmation step.

Don't use it. Only the Owner can delete a salon. If you click it, Softalon removes you from the salon instead, the same as leaving. Ask the Owner to delete the salon.
