Integrations connect Softalon to other services, such as payment providers, messaging apps, calendars and marketing tools. Some integrations belong to your salon, and some belong to your personal Softalon account.

Salon integrations

Calendar integrations support more than one connection, so you can connect several calendars.

The integrations page

  • Search by name, or use the filter button to show one category.
  • Connected integrations are listed first in each category. A connected integration shows a Connected badge, the name of the connected account, or the number of connections.
  • Learn More opens the integration's details. Once an integration is connected, this button is replaced by Settings for integrations that have options, such as choosing a list or a location.
  • The menu on each card has Learn More and Report Abuse.

Connect an integration

Click Connect on the integration's card. Depending on the integration, you're either asked for details, such as an API key or an ID, or sent to the other service to sign in and approve access. When you come back, the card shows as connected.

Disconnect an integration

Click Disconnect on the card. The connection is removed right away and the integration stops working.

Disconnecting a payment or messaging integration affects your clients right away, for example online payments or replies on that channel. Check what depends on it first.

Unhealthy connections

Softalon checks connections twice a day. If a check fails, for example because a password changed or access was revoked in the other service, the connection is marked unhealthy. The card's badge shows a warning: One or more connections are unhealthy. Try reconnecting.

An unhealthy connection stops working. Softalon doesn't use it until you fix it. To reconnect:

  1. Click Disconnect on the card.
  2. Click Connect and set it up again.
  3. If the integration has Settings, check them again, because a new connection starts fresh.
