Open the SMS Country Guide
- Go to Settings › Notifications.
- In the Phone Numbers card, click SMS Country Guide.
- Choose a Country.

The country that matters is the country of the client's phone number, not your salon's country. A salon in Austin, TX texting a client with a UK number follows the UK rules.

Common questions
The United States is listed as Phone Number Required, so texts are sent from a dedicated toll-free or local number. See Get a phone number for SMS and Verify a toll-free number.
