Deleting your account closes your personal Softalon login. You can't undo it yourself.
Before you start
- You can't own any salons, including draft salons. Transfer ownership of each salon to someone else, or delete it. See Transfer salon ownership and Delete a salon.
- If you only want to stop working at one salon, you don't need to delete your account. See Leave a salon.

Open Danger Zone
Go to Account › Danger Zone. Read the Delete Account card.

Start the deletion
Click Delete Account.

Confirm
The dialog asks if you're sure and reminds you that you can't delete your account while you own salons. Click Confirm.
You will see:A toast that says Account Deleted. A moment later, Softalon takes you to the sign-in page.
What happens when you delete your account
- Your account is deactivated, and you can no longer sign in with it.
- You can't use it to reach any salon you were a team member of.
If something is off
Cannot delete account that owns salons
You still own at least one salon. Open each salon you own and transfer ownership or delete it, then try again.
Unable to delete your account. Please try again.
Something went wrong on our side. Wait a moment and try again. If it keeps happening, contact Softalon support.
Common questions
You can't restore it yourself. Contact Softalon support as soon as possible if you deleted it by mistake.
