By default, your booking site shows a small Powered by Softalon line. On the Ultimate plan, you can hide it so your site carries only your brand.
Before you start
- Your salon is on the Ultimate plan.
- You have the Super Administrator or Owner role.

Open the theme settings
Go to Settings › Appearance › Theme and scroll to the Remove Branding card.

Turn it on
Turn on the switch. The change saves right away.
You will see:A Settings Updated message appears. Reload your booking site and the Powered by Softalon line is gone.
Where the branding disappears
With branding removed, the Powered by Softalon line no longer shows:
- at the bottom of your site's pages,
- in the booking flow, including checkout, and
- in the live chat window.
The Salon Unavailable page, which only appears if your site is offline, always shows it.

If you change plans
If your salon moves to a plan without this feature, the switch turns off automatically and the branding comes back. Turn it on again after you return to the Ultimate plan.
Common questions
Removing branding is part of the Ultimate plan. On other plans, the card shows an upgrade link to Settings › Plan & Billing.
