All AI Receptionist settings live on one page: Settings › Conversations. Each card has its own Save button, so save one card before you move to the next.
Conversations Integration
The first card shows the messaging channels you can connect: WhatsApp, Messenger, Telegram, Twilio and BlueBridge. Manage Integrations opens Settings › Integrations in a new tab, where you connect them. Email is connected there too.

Setting
What it does
Default
Booking Destination
Where clients book when they ask for an appointment. Chat: the AI Receptionist books, reschedules and cancels in the conversation. Website: it sends the link to your online booking page instead. Disabled: it doesn't book and treats booking requests as general questions.
Chat
Reply to Greetings
Answers messages like Hi or Hello. When off, the AI Receptionist stays silent on a plain greeting, which saves credits.
On
Reply to Farewells
Answers messages like Bye or Thanks, goodbye. The conversation is marked Resolved either way.
On
Reply to Off-Topic
Answers messages unrelated to your salon by steering back to booking and salon questions. When off, it stays silent on the first one. Two off-topic messages in a row always move the conversation to Needs Attention for your team.
Off
Require Confirmation
Shows a summary and waits for the client to say yes before it books, reschedules or cancels. When off, it acts as soon as it has everything it needs.
On
Send Idle Nudges
Sends one short check-in when a client stops replying after the AI Receptionist's message.
On
Idle Nudge Delay
How long to wait before the idle nudge. Shown only when idle nudges are on.
30 minutes. Options range from 15 minutes to 3 days.
Send Payment Received Nudge
Thanks the client after they pay for an appointment the AI Receptionist booked.
On
Send Status Update Nudge
Tells the client when you approve or decline a booking request the AI Receptionist made.
On
Keep Require Confirmation on. It gives clients a last look at the date, time and price before anything is booked.
On WhatsApp, Messenger and Instagram, a business can only send free-form messages for 24 hours after the client's last message. An idle nudge delay longer than that may not reach clients on those channels.
Knowledge Base
A free-text field of up to 20,000 characters with facts about your salon, like parking, products, policies or gift cards. The AI Receptionist uses it to answer general questions. See Teach the AI Receptionist about your salon.
Reply Corrections
A list of the corrections you made to the AI Receptionist's replies in the inbox. Each one holds a Guideline and, in most cases, an Example Reply. Use the switch to pause a correction, or the menu to update or delete it. See Correct the AI Receptionist's replies.
Custom Keywords
Words that send a fixed reply instead of an AI reply. Each keyword has its own on or off switch. See Set up keyword auto-replies.
