Every salon has exactly one Owner. Transferring ownership makes another team member the Owner. You stay in the salon as a Super Administrator.
The Owner is the only person who can manage the plan and billing, transfer ownership and delete the salon. Make sure you trust the new owner with that.
Before you start
- You're the salon's Owner, signed in with your own account.
- The new owner is already on Members, has accepted an invitation so their profile is linked to a Softalon account, and has Status turned on. See Invite a team member to sign in.
