The Calendar shows your appointments together with blocked time, time off and closed periods. Everything is shown in your salon's timezone, using the time format and week start from your general settings, so the whole team sees the same times wherever they are.
What you see depends on your role. Members with the User role only see their own appointments. Administrators and above see everyone's.

Pick a view from the view menu in the calendar header.
Your chosen view and grouping are remembered in this browser.
Filters
Click Filters to narrow the calendar down by Location, Service, Member, Client and Status. By default every status is shown, including canceled and declined appointments. Use the Status filter to hide them.
The member and location filters also scope the image you create with Share Free Appointments. See Share your free slots as an image.

Click Apply & Save to use the new settings.
Working on the calendar
- Book from a slot. Click an empty time in Day or Week View. The Book Appointment form opens with that time filled in. In a Day View grouped by member, the member is filled in too.
- Open an appointment. Click it to see its details, then Reschedule, Reassign or Update it.
- Right-click an appointment for Update, Reschedule, Reassign, Extend, Share (client links) and Delete. Right-click blocked time, time off or a closed period to update or delete it.
- Drag and drop. Drag an appointment to a new time, or to another member's column, to open the Reschedule Appointment form with the new time and member filled in. Nothing changes until you confirm. You can also drag blocked time, time off and closed periods to move them.
- Add something new. Click Add and choose Appointment, Blocked Time, Time Off or Closed Period. Users can add blocked time and time off for themselves only. Only administrators and above can add closed periods.
The calendar shows what's booked, not when you're open. Free times come from each member's working hours per location. Read How available times are calculated.
