Withdraw your balance and set up automatic payouts

Money from Softalon Payments stays in your balance until you withdraw it. You can withdraw by hand whenever you like, or set up automatic payouts so you don't have to.

Withdraw now

   Step 1 of 3

   Open the Softalon Payments card

   Go to Settings › Payments. Check your Available Balance at the top of the page. Only the available amount can be withdrawn. Any amount marked as pending isn't ready yet.

   Start a withdrawal

   Click Withdraw. A secure withdrawal window opens.

   Confirm the amount

   Follow the steps in the window to choose the amount and confirm.

   You will see:

   The window confirms the withdrawal, and it appears in your payout history.

Set up automatic payouts

   Open Payouts

   On the Softalon Payments card, click Payouts. A panel opens with your recent withdrawals.

   Step 2 of 2

   Set the schedule

   Click Setup Automatic Payouts at the top of the panel and follow the steps in the window that opens.

   You will see:

   Your automatic payout settings are saved, and future payouts follow them.

See past withdrawals

Click Payouts on the Softalon Payments card. The panel lists your recent withdrawals. If you haven't withdrawn anything yet, the list is empty. Click Close when you're done.
