You can sort by Email Address, First Visit At, Last Visit At and Created At. Dates appear in your browser's time zone.
Total Appointments
The main number counts appointments with the Completed status. The brackets can add:
- pending: appointments that are still ahead of the client, meaning those awaiting payment, awaiting confirmation or confirmed.
- no-show: appointments marked as a no-show.
For example, 12 (+1 pending, +2 no-show) means 12 completed visits, one upcoming appointment and two no-shows. Canceled and declined appointments aren't shown.
Total Spent
The main number is what the client has paid on finalized invoices. Draft invoices don't count. The brackets can add:
- tips: money paid above an invoice's total.
- unpaid: what's still owed on finalized invoices.
Refunds aren't subtracted from these amounts. If a client paid in another currency, the amount is converted to your salon's currency.
