Every share link points to your booking site on its primary domain. You can share the whole salon, or send clients straight to booking with a location, service or team member already picked.

LinkWhere it goes
BookingThe booking page. If you share it from a location, service or member, that choice is preselected.
Salon, Location, Service or MemberThe public page for the salon or for that location, service or member.

A Location, Service or Member link only works if that page is turned on for your site. The share dialog reminds you of this. See Turn site pages on or off.

  1. 1

    Step 1 of 3

    Open the share menu

Pick where you want to share from:

    • Your salon: on the Overview page, open the salon's β‹― menu and click Share, then Salon or Booking.
    • A team member: on Members, open the member's β‹― menu and click Share, then Member or Booking.
    • A service: on Services, open the service's menu and click Share, then Service or Booking.
    • A location: on Locations, open the location's menu and click Share, then Location or Booking.
  2. 2

    Step 2 of 3

    Choose a format

The share dialog has four tabs:

    • Short Link: a short address that is easy to paste into messages and social bios.
    • Full Link: the full address on your domain.
    • QR Code: a code clients can scan. Click the download button to save it as a PNG for posters, cards or your front desk.
    • Image: a ready-made image with a QR code and booking link to post on social media.

Click the copy button next to a link to copy it.

    You will see:

    Copied to clipboard. appears.

  3. 3

    Step 3 of 3

    Share it

Paste the link where your clients will see it, such as your Instagram bio, Google Business Profile or text messages. On a phone you can also use the share button in the dialog to send it straight to another app.

Both open the same page. The short link is created when you open the dialog. If it can't be created, the dialog falls back to the full link. If you change your primary domain later, share your links again so they use the new address.

If something is off

The link opens a page that isn't found

The page you shared may be turned off. Check the pages in Settings β€Ί Appearance. See Turn site pages on or off.

I don't see Share on my salon in Overview

Draft salons have no booking site yet, so Share is hidden. Finish choosing a plan first. See Create your salon and choose a plan.
