Workflow templates are shared with every salon on Softalon, so only Softalon's own team can create them. Salon members, including owners, can't save a workflow as a template.
What you see in the editor
In the workflow editor, salon members see a single Save button. It saves your workflow and nothing else.
Softalon administrators see Save as a menu with two options: As Workflow and As Template. As Template opens Save as Template, where they set the template's Name, Description, Category and Language. If a template with the same name and language already exists, it's updated instead of added.
Reuse a workflow in your salon
There's no way to copy a whole workflow, but you can rebuild one quickly:
- Duplicate steps inside a workflow. Right-click a step and choose Duplicate to copy it with all its settings, then connect it where you need it.
- Start from a template. If a Softalon template is close to what you want, create a workflow from it and adjust it. See Create a workflow from a template.
- Rebuild with the same settings. Open the original next to a new workflow and copy the text of each step. See Build a workflow from scratch.
Suggest a template
If you think a workflow would help other salons, tell Softalon support. The Add Node list and the WhatsApp template picker both have a link to send suggestions.

Not directly. Each salon has its own workflows. Rebuild it in the other salon, or start from the same template.
