When someone leaves your team, you can either turn off their access or delete them. Turning off access is reversible. Deleting isn't.
Before you start
- You're an Administrator, Super Administrator or the Owner.
- The member's role is the same as yours or lower. Nobody can delete the Owner.
- You can't delete yourself. To stop being a member, leave the salon instead. See Leave a salon.
Choose: turn off or delete
If you might need the member's profile again, or want to keep it for your records, turn off Status instead of deleting.

Step 1 of 2
Move their upcoming appointments
Deleting a member doesn't cancel or move their appointments. Before you remove someone, go to Appointments, filter by the member and reassign or cancel what's still coming up. See Reassign an appointment to another member.

Step 2 of 2
Turn off access, or delete
Go to Members and find the member.
- To turn off access: switch off Status in their row.
- To delete: open the β― menu on their row and click Delete.
Delete works right away. There's no confirmation step.
You will see:For a delete, Member Deleted appears and the member disappears from the list. For a status change, the switch turns off.
If something is off
I get an error when deleting
