Clients can book a service at a location only when all four of these are true:

  1. The service is turned on for the location.
  2. The team member is added to the location.
  3. The team member has working hours at that location.
  4. The team member offers the service.

If any link is missing, that service, member or location doesn't show up for booking.

Before you start

  • You need the Super Administrator or Owner role to work from the Locations page. Administrators can do the member side from Members › open a member › Services and Locations tabs.
  • Create the location, services and team members first.
  1. 1

    Step 1 of 5

    Open the location

Go to Locations and open the location.

  2. 2

    Step 2 of 5

    Turn on its services

Open the Services tab. Turn on the switch next to each service offered here. Use the search box to find a service quickly.

To charge a different price or use a different duration at this location, click the pencil icon next to a service. See Set different prices or durations per location or member.

    You will see:

A Service Added message for each switch you turn on.

  3. 3

    Step 3 of 5

    Add the team members

Open the Members tab. Turn on the switch next to each team member who works at this location.

    You will see:

A Member Added message for each switch you turn on.

  4. 4

    Step 4 of 5

    Set their working hours here

For each member you added, go to Members › open the member › Working Hours, and set their hours for this location. Adding a member to a location doesn't give them hours there. See Set a team member's working hours.

  5. 5

    Step 5 of 5

Check which services each member offers

On the member's Services tab, make sure the switch is on for the services they perform. You can also do this from a service's Members tab.

Remove a member from a location

Bookings follow a member's working hours. To stop bookings with a member at a location:

  1. Go to the member's Working Hours and remove their hours for that location.
  2. Then turn off the member's switch on the location's Members tab.

Do it in this order. The working hours editor only lists locations the member is added to, so after you remove the member you can't edit those hours anymore.

Salon opening hours don't create available times. Each team member's working hours at a location do.

If something is off

A service is turned on for the location but clients can't book it there

Check that at least one member who offers the service is added to the location and has working hours there. Also check that the service is active.

I can't pick this location in a member's working hours

Add the member to the location first on the location's Members tab, or on the member's Locations tab.

Common questions

No. It only stops new bookings of that service at that location.
