Buy more credits

If you send a lot of SMS or WhatsApp messages, or your AI assistant is busy, you can buy extra credits at any time. A credit package is a one-time purchase, not a subscription.

   Open the Credits card

   Go to Settings › Plan & Billing. The Credits card shows how many credits you have now.

   Click Add Credits.

   Choose a package

   The Purchase Credits panel lists the available packages with the number of credits and the price of each. Select one and click Continue.

   You will see:

   The Pay Invoice panel opens with the package total under Total Due Today.

   Pay

   Choose a saved payment method or add a new card, then click Pay Now. If your bank asks you to verify the payment, follow the prompt.

   You will see:

   A toast that says Invoice Paid. The credits are added to your balance in the Credits card.

Packages

The Purchase Credits panel always shows the current packages and prices.

Good to know

• Purchased credits never expire. They stay in your account through renewals and cancellations until you use them.
• Plan credits are used first. Purchased credits are only used after your plan credits for the period run out.
• Your available balance isn't used here. A credit package is charged in full to your payment method, even if you have an Available Balance from a plan change. That balance only goes toward subscription invoices.
• You need an active subscription to use credits. Credits are only spent while your subscription is Active, Trialing or Past Due.
• The purchase is an invoice. You'll find it in the Invoices card, with a receipt once it's paid. See Pay and download your Softalon invoices.
• Coupons don't apply. Coupon codes only work on plan prices.
