The Services & Category Performance report shows which services and products bring in bookings and revenue. Open it from Reports in the sidebar.
How the report reads your data
The report mixes two sources, and each one uses its own date:
Other rules:
- Booked means the appointment status is Confirmed, Completed or No Show, the same as the dashboard.
- Revenue after discounts. Service and product revenue come from invoice lines. If the invoice has a coupon, the discount is split across the invoice's positive lines in proportion to their amounts, and each line's revenue is reduced by its share. Draft invoices are not included.
- Refunds are not subtracted. They are an operational cost, shown in the Financial report.
- Currencies. Lines on invoices in another currency are converted to your salon currency at the rate of the invoice's revenue date, and the amount shows "≈".
- Comparison. Each summary card compares the range with the same number of days right before it.
- Who sees what. Members with the User role see only their own appointments and invoices. Administrators, Super Administrators and Owners see the whole salon.
Summary cards
"Active" here means used in the range. It doesn't count services or products that exist in your catalog but weren't booked or sold.
Services and products over time
The chart splits the range into bars: by day up to 31 days, by week up to 90 days, by month up to 730 days, then by year. A bar that covers only part of a week, month or year is faded.

Common questions
Services Booked counts appointments by start time, including upcoming ones and no-shows. Revenue only comes from finalized invoices, so appointments without a finalized invoice add bookings but no revenue.
